How it works
- Book a slot via our video service or arrange one by phone.
- You will receive an e-mail with your personal access link.
- At the appointed time, open the link — in your browser, nothing to install — and take a seat in the virtual waiting room.
- Your doctor starts the call. Please have your insurance card ready.
What you need
A smartphone, tablet or computer with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet room.
Video consultations run via a provider certified for medical video consultations. Booking and the call itself take place directly with that service — our website processes none of your data in the process. (arztkonsultation.de)
